The heart is included. There is no limit to the number of hearts required. The hearts you see in the picture measure 1.5 inches (medium) and we were able to place about 10 hearts on the tree. If you need more names, don't worry! Please contact us and we can use smaller hearts, 1 inch (small) to hold more hearts.
